Ich mache total gern Smoothie-Bags. Dafür bereite ich mehrere wiederverwendbare Gefrierbeutel mit Banane, Erdbeeren und Kakaopulver vor und friere sie ein.

Obstspieße mit Schokolade

Zutaten

lange Holzspieße
Erdbeeren
grüne und dunkle Weintrauben
Vollmilchschokolade (oder vegane Schokolade)
optional: bunte Streusel

Zubereitung

Obst waschen und abwechselnd auf die Holzspieße stecken
etwas von der Schokolade kurz in Microwelle oder Wasserbad schmelzen und mit einem kleinen Löffel darüber träufeln
nach Wunsch mit Streuseln verzieren

Die Weintrauben abzupfen, waschen, trocknen und in einem Schraubglas im Kühlschrank lagern. So halten sie gut mehrere Tage.

Oder du bereitest die Obstspieße schon komplett vor. Ich mache sie immer gern schon morgens oder am Tag vorher und stelle sie in einer verschlossenen Box in den Kühlschrank. So wird die Schokolade dann auch noch richtig schön knackig!

Allerdings muss ich echt aufpassen, denn wie durch Zauberhand kann es schon mal sein, dass es plötzlich immer weniger werden! 🙂 An warmen Sommertagen, wenn wir viel Zeit im Garten verbringen, sind sie auch ein toller, leichter Snack. Fertig vorbereitet halten die Spieße in einem verschlossenen Behälter gut 1-2 Tage im Kühlschrank.

Erdbeeren (optional: Obst nach Wahl)

Silikon-Muffinförmchen (oder Papier-Förmchen im Muffinblech) zu 2/3 mit dem griechischen Joghurt befüllen

Die Joghurt-Cups sind ein leckerer, leichter und gesunder Snack und eignen sich hervorragend, um sie wie Eis im Sommer zu essen. Mach einfach sonntags beim Meal Prep eine große Portion davon. Balsamicocreme (alternativ: Balsamicoessig, Olivenöl, Salz und Pfeffer)

Meal Prep-Tipps

Die Erdbeeren können wie bei Joghurt-Cups vorbereitet werden. In der Erdbeer-Zeit essen wir das Bruschetta eigentlich zu jeder Gelegenheit. Es passt wirklich immer: Zum Grillen im Garten, auf dem Buffet an Geburtstagen oder Hochzeiten, zum Brunch, beim Zusammensitzen mit Freunden oder einfach so als Snack. Ich habe es sogar schon zum Frühstück gegessen.

Lieblings-Muffins (hier eignet sich hervorragend ein einfacher Rührteig, aber auch Schoko- oder Zitronenmuffins passen sehr gut)
Frischkäse
frische Erdbeeren (alternativ: aufgetaut aus dem Gefrierschrank)
optional: Streusel oder kleine Schokostückchen

Zubereitung

Erdbeeren mit einer Gabel zerdrücken und nach Geschmack mit Frischkäse verrühren
die Creme großzügig auf die Muffins streichen
mit je 1/2 Erdbeere und optional mit Schokostreuseln bestreuen
kühl stellen oder sofort servieren

Meal Prep-Tipps

Ich plane ganz oft sonntags beim Meal Prep Muffins mit ein und mache dann immer gleich die doppelte Menge. Die sind nämlich toll einzufrieren (einlagig oder mit Backpapier zwischen den Lagen) und innerhalb von 30 Minuten aufgetaut! Ich entnehme dann immer die gewünschte Menge, und wir essen sie einfach so zum Kaffee, oder ich gebe auf die noch gefrorenen Muffins das Erdbeer-Topping darauf. So bleibt die Creme schön gekühlt, während die Muffins auftauen. Alternativ zu Erdbeeren sind auch Bananen mit dem Frischkäse eine tolle Variante.

Erdbeer-Jogurette-Pfannkuchen

Zutaten

Pfannkuchen
Erdbeeren
Frischkäse
Jogurette oder einen anderen Joghurt-Schokoriegel
vegane Variante: in den Pfannkuchen statt Milch Hafer- oder Kokosmilch verwenden, statt Frischkäse Sojajoghurt und statt Joghurt-Riegel vegane Schokolade oder Kakaonibs

Zubereitung

Erdbeeren mit einer Gabel zerdrücken und nach Geschmack mit Frischkäse verrühren
die Creme auf die Pfannkuchen geben und mit frischen Erdbeeren und gehacktem Joghurt-Riegel toppen

Meal Prep-Tipps

Auch Pfannkuchen (ohne Zucker) mache ich sonntags beim Meal Prep immer gleich in größerer Menge und friere sie ein. Aufgetaut und kurz angewärmt sind sie wie frisch gemacht, und du hast ein leckeres schnelles Mittagessen. Oder du schneidest sie in dünne Streifen und gibst sie ganz am Schluss als Einlage mit in die Gemüsesuppe.

Dies ist mit Meal Prep wirklich ein sehr schnelles Erdbeer-Rezept. Und vor allem schmeckt es einfach nur himmlisch!
